My passion is to help teens, adults, and families tackle life’s curveballs with the grace of a cat landing on its feet - healthy, effective, and maybe even with a little style. I believe that any solid relationship begins with trust, compassion, and a safe space where you can just be your wonderful self. I believe in client-directed work - with individuals setting the pace and taking responsibility for their work. It can be very difficult to engage in self-discovery work, so to take that first brave step and trust me to be your guide? That’s pretty amazing, and honestly, a true honor. 17 years + mental health experience: in-home, hospital, residential, community, outpatient, and school settings. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology + Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania. I encourage everyone on the quest for self-discovery or self-improvement to reach out.
