I became a family physician because health is shaped not only by what happens in the exam room, but also by each patient’s life, community, identity, and circumstances. I provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan in a welcoming and affirming environment, including preventive care, annual wellness visits, chronic disease management, acute illnesses and injuries, mental health care, sexual and reproductive health, LGBTQ+ health, and care for common skin, musculoskeletal, gastrointestinal, respiratory, and other everyday medical concerns. I also help patients manage conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, thyroid disease, obesity, anxiety, and depression. My approach emphasizes open communication, shared decision-making, prevention, and practical strategies that support long-term health and well-being.
