You don’t need to fit into a mold to be worthy of support. If you’ve spent your life feeling like you don’t quite belong—whether due to neurodivergence, gender identity, sexuality, or the way you navigate relationships—this is a space where you don’t have to explain or justify yourself. Maybe you’ve felt pressure to define yourself in a way that makes sense to others, or you’re exhausted from trying to meet expectations that were never meant for you. Therapy is an opportunity to step away from those pressures and reconnect with who you are on your own terms. There’s nothing wrong with you, and you don’t need fixing—you deserve a space where you are seen, affirmed, and supported as you move toward the life you want. In our work together, we’ll explore what truly matters to you, build strategies that fit your unique needs, and work toward a sense of belonging that feels real and sustainable. My approach is deeply affirming and collaborative, drawing from Narrative Therapy, Humanistic and Existential frameworks, and the Gottman Method. I have experience working with trans and nonbinary individuals, neurodivergent clients, and people in monogamous, non-monogamous, and polyamorous relationships. If past therapy experiences have felt invalidating or out of touch, I want to change that. Our sessions will be a place where your identity is respected, your experiences are honored, and your voice is valued. You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s connect and explore how therapy can support you in building a life that feels more like home.
