Adrien Messick

I love to work collaboratively to support goals you have in life! I've primarily worked to support folks in their gender journeys and throughout transition and the changes that brings. I've also worked with folks to manage anxiety through a use of CBT/DBT skill building as well as other therapeutic techniques. I also work with folks offer letter writing for folks seeking support for medical transition as well. I aim to create a space where you can express yourself and tackle challenges in a direct and compassionate way. I look to highlight clients' strengths and see how those can help them for the future. I am currently accepting referrals.
