My present counseling focus is to provide non-judgmental, culturally conscious counseling to engage with millennials who are looking to embody a more authentic and compassionate sense of self in pursuit of improving their quality of life and building sustainable relationships. I bring many counseling experiences and parts of myself to the work we do. My clinical focus is on LGBTQ+ related issues, life transitions, and anxiety and depression. I utilize parts work, metaphors and mindfulness in the sessions.
