I work the same day clinic at a Federally Qualified Health Center. We use a sliding scale to help uninsured patients get the care they need and get established within our network for primary care. We have my office for acute concerns or if you need anything prior to your PCP appointment. We are affiliated with a Ryan White program if you are a person that is managing the diagnosis of HIV/AIDS and needs resources or medical care.
