As human beings, we learn many messages from society about who we can and cannot be. My practice is centered on the foundation of truth and finding your authentic self. Together, we can peel back those layers and discover who you are. I aim to provide an understanding and supportive space where you feel seen and heard. I am an LGBTQ2SIA+ therapist providing affirming care. I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. Many of my clients have goals to stop self-harming, process and heal from their trauma, and enhance their quality of life. I use an integrative approach incorporating somatic techniques, DBT/mindfulness, IFS, creative expression, and CRM. I wholeheartedly believe that there is no “one size fits all” in healing and I partner with each client to tailor therapy to meet their needs. I also run two teen DBT groups to support our teens with emotion regulation skills. You are showing courage by seeking help!
