I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) who specializes in working with adults navigating mood challenges, anxiety, trauma, and the pressures of everyday living. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I also offer an affirming space for those seeking support related to identity, relationships, or the unique challenges of being a part of the queer community. I have over eight years of experience in community mental health working with individuals with disabilities, on the autism spectrum, and with serious and persistent mental illnesses. I use a client-centered approach tailored to your unique needs, incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
