Alysen Demzik

Alysen Demzik MD is a specialist in Reconstructive Urology and Gender Affirming Surgery at Rush. Demzik’s clinical interests include primary and revision gender-affirming genital surgery, genitoplastics, adult buried penis, urinary fistula, and urethral stricture. She utilizes robotic and minimally invasive approaches whenever possible. Demzik completed a fellowship in Genitourinary Trauma and Reconstruction with a focus on Gender Affirming Care at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis after completing a urology residency at University of North Carolina and receiving her MD at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago.
