Amanda Brown

Amanda Brown (she/her) is a certified physician assistant with a passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based care in the field of sexual medicine. Her journey into healthcare began at the University of Colorado Boulder, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Integrative Physiology. During her time there, she completed research in a reproductive endocrinology lab, gaining a deep understanding of the complexities of human reproduction. Prior to PA school, she worked as a medical assistant in OB/GYN, which laid a strong gynecological foundation prior to transitioning into the field of sexual medicine. She completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Rocky Mountain College, where she served as the cohorts’ Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Chair. In addition to direct patient care, Amanda is committed to patient education, fostering open communication, and reducing stigma around sexual health concerns. As a provider passionate about gender-affirming care, she is committed to creating a supportive, respectful, and inclusive environment where patients feel empowered to pursue their authentic selves. Amanda prides herself in being an LGBTQIA+ friendly and trauma informed provider. In her spare time, she enjoys mountain biking, listening to bluegrass, and being outdoors with her fiancé and three dogs.
