I specialize in working with adults and individuals that have been struggling for a long time, who have tried a lot of things to feel better or heal, who are losing hope in themselves and the process, and who are really looking for support to change their lives. I have worked in all levels of care for eating disorders, trauma, and mood disorders (inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient) and am well versed in meeting people where they are at and supporting them to make sustainable, real, lasting change.
