I provide affirming therapy for LGBTQIA+ individuals, including transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse clients, as well as adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in helping you better understand yourself while building practical tools for lasting change. Therapy is tailored to your goals, whether you're processing trauma, exploring your gender or sexual identity, managing anxiety, or working toward living more authentically. I integrate evidence-based practices with creativity and, when it fits your interests, incorporate elements of gaming to make therapy feel engaging and personal.
