Amy Goss
My therapy practice is fully virtual, so clients located anywhere in the state of Virginia can access services. I do offer sliding scale pricing. Going to therapy can be scary, but it doesn’t have to be. The most important tool in therapy is the relationship between client and therapist. Building that relationship and a level of trust is the first thing we will do together. If you’ve gotten this far, you must be ready for change. Whether it’s unhappiness in a relationship, noticing a pattern or cycle you want to change, or feeling ready to become the best version of yourself. My job is to help support you through this process, and give you perspectives you may not have considered before. I help people connect with their true selves and work towards healing of past traumas. I work with individuals and couples, and I have training and experience working with the LGBTQIAP+ community, specifically with transgender and gender non-conforming clients. I also have experience writing letters for gender confirming medical interventions. Additionally I am a sex-positive therapist who is kink-aware and comfortable with poly relationships. If it sounds like I might be a good fit for you, contact me and we can talk more about what you’re looking for in a therapist.
