At Zeal and Zen Wellness, we believe healing is more than just addressing physical symptoms. It’s about honoring the full story behind them. We specialize in physical therapy and coaching for people living with chronic pain and illness, including autoimmune conditions, fibromyalgia, pelvic health issues, and orthopedic concerns. Many of our clients also navigate mental health, trauma, or substance use challenges, and we welcome them with both compassion and clinical expertise. This care is supported by additional training in recovery and holistic coaching. What sets us apart is lived experience. As someone who has personally walked the path of chronic health struggles, I bring a level of empathy and understanding that goes beyond the textbook. Though we’re based in Littleton, Colorado, our practice is fully telehealth-based and licensed in more than 15 states. So wherever you are, we can meet you there. Come as you are.
