I am an Adolescent Medicine specialist. I provide primary care as well as specialty care. Specialty care includes gender-affirming care for transgender and non-binary youth. The gender-affirming care that I provide includes puberty blockers, gender-affirming hormones, menstrual suppression, mental health medications for depression and anxiety, eating disorder care, and reproductive health (contraception, STI testing and treatment, and PrEP). Every person and their goals are different! My job is to listen to my patients and their family members and support their goals in a medically safe and affirming way.
