I specialize in helping couples strengthen their emotional and physical connection, particularly when they feel stuck around communication, intimacy, or sex. I work with couples navigating desire differences, sexual concerns, infidelity and rebuilding trust, as well as the impact that trauma, pregnancy, postpartum changes, and other life transitions can have on a relationship. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where couples can understand one another more deeply, heal what has been hurt, and reconnect with greater intimacy and security.
