Andi Watson
As an individual who identifies as LGBTQIA plus, I can empathize with the struggle of trying to find your place in a heteronormative environment. When connections don't occur, it can feel lonely and as though you don't have the tools to establish long-term, meaningful relationships. I appreciate working with clients to establish a rapport which can transcend into long-term self-advocacy and joy. Considering the client's needs first, we will collaboratively create goals for our therapy sessions which are aided by select approaches and techniques. I often use ACT, EFT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing in sessions where we will explore your past, what drives you forward, and how to best reach your goals. I also incorporate Multicultural, Feminist, Existential, and Humanistic modalities.
