Andrea Simonson

Hello! My name is Andrea and I offer online mental health services to clients in the state of Minnesota. I've lived and worked in rural areas for most of my life and have a deep understanding of the stigma that comes with mental health issues. As such, you'll find my approach to be highly relational, systemically focused, and deeply sensitive to the needs of marginalized individuals. I have specialized training and experience in treating traumatic stress, as well as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. When life feels heavy, dark, and messy, please reach out.
