Andrew Meeks

Hello! My name is Dr. Andrew Meeks. I’m a board certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and Doctor of Nursing Practice. I provide medication management to adults (18+) throughout Washington State, with both telehealth and in-person appointments available. I have experience treating a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, mania, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, psychosis, insomnia, and substance use disorders. My practice is grounded in a deep respect for personal autonomy and the belief that each individual is the expert on their own lived experience. Medication is one tool among many that can help improve your quality of life, and the decision to take medication is deeply personal. Together, you and I will work collaboratively to understand what symptoms you want medication to improve, while always aiming to use the least amount of medication necessary to achieve your treatment goals.
