Andy Frizzell

He has 15 years of experience working with teens and families providing a safe space for them to pursue holistic wellness. He has a passion for working with individuals, couples, families, and groups through client-centered therapy models. His number one desire is to help his clients learn more about themselves so that they can fully embrace their life. Andy has worked with the FHU University Counseling Center in Henderson, TN. He has received training as a Spiritual Director, EMDR therapy modalities, and suicide prevention and awareness for teens and adolescents. Andy and his family love to be outdoors (hiking/backpacking, camping) participating in local theater, playing soccer, finding live music, or traveling. He loves community and is invested in the LANA neighborhood and efforts to revitalize downtown Jackson. If Andy is not in the office, you can probably find him at Turntable coffee, helping with community theater, or the Jackson Walk. Andy and his wife, Ashley, have been married for 16 years. They have 3 kids and two dogs
