I offer individual, couples, and family therapy to those 13 and up with a variety of concerns - anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, relationship concerns, ADHD, Autism, and trauma. I also specialize in working with those with eating disorders, LGBTQ+ challenges, and parenting struggles. I am licensed to see clients in 43 states through PsyPact including VA, MD, and DC. I provide therapy virtually for convenience as well as to maintain consistency if clients relocate.
