My work includes dealing with anxiety, depression, self esteem, coping with trauma and loss, interpersonal relationships, and adjustment difficulties resulting from emotional conflicts. My objective is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients are encouraged to understand their feelings and work through their current and future challenges ahead of them.
