I opened True Self Speech Therapy because I saw a need in my community for gender affirming voice modification. I have been honored to be a part of many people's experience exploring their voice to more closely align with their gender identity. During your session, there will be time to review questions from your home program, learn new strategies and skills, practice in a one-on-one environment with real-time feedback and coaching, discuss your goals and progress, and review your practice plan for the next week. The goal is to provide you with the tools to explore and develop a communication style that reflects your unique sense of gender- whether fluid, fixed, questioning, non-binary, masc, femme or anywhere in between.
