I work with children along with their parents and see adults individually. With a focus on psychodynamic therapy, I integrate expressive arts approaches, mindfulness techniques, and trauma informed approaches to address issues including relationship challenges, school and professional issues, family conflict, trauma, identity exploration, anxiety and depression.
