As your counselor, I am here to assist you in creating the personal self and life that you can see in your mind and heart but are having difficulty forming into reality. Counseling is a discovery of the self, where in this journey clients find the joy and fulfillment they have been searching for, realizing it has been within them the whole time. Within us all is the potential to live our best life, to be our best self, to have fulfilling relationships. We all also have the ability to be our own worst enemy, to gather negativity in our lives, to create destructive pattens which defies our desire for a life full of peace and happiness. The choice is ours to make. I have a passion for the resilience of the human self, its ability to heal, grow, discover, and create dreams into reality. Each of us have the potential to live a beautiful life. As your counselor I will be honored to support and advocate for you on your journey to self-discovery and discovering a path within you to a happier, more fulfilling life.
