I view the therapeutic relationship as a fundamental agent of growth, and provide my patients with genuine feedback and new relational experiences to help improve interpersonal functioning and social connectedness. I am LGBTQ+ affirmative, strive for on-going cultural humility and self-reflection, and value working with patients from diverse backgrounds. As a licensed clinical psychologist, I have doctoral-level training in psychological assessment and treatment. I use Evidence Based Practices (EBPs), which integrate the best available research with clinical expertise. I strive to harness the core processes of change within these treatments in a flexible and effective manner to best fit my patient’s needs.
