Asher Larsen
I work with people navigating identity, relationships, and life transitions—especially LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and ENM clients. Many are sorting through religious trauma, burnout, or feeling like they don’t quite fit in the systems around them. I help clients understand patterns, process their experiences, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and sustainable. As a neurodivergent, trans therapist, I bring both lived experience and a strong commitment to creating a space that feels affirming, respectful, and grounded in real understanding. I offer trauma-informed, client-centered therapy using DBT, CBT, and motivational interviewing. I support clients in understanding patterns, processing experiences, and making changes that feel realistic and sustainable. I specialize working with transgender individuals and can provide letters for gender affirming care. Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable or uncertain, especially if you’ve felt misunderstood before. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. If you’re looking for a space to sort things out and be yourself, I’d be glad to work with you.
