You've been working really hard to fit in, squeezing yourself into what others want, and you just can't do it anymore. Who are you without all that noise? Let's discover together. I specialize in therapy for people who are neurodivergent (Autistic, ADHD, OCD), BIPOC, and/or have experienced trauma. I am in a training program for Sex Therapy and work with individuals and couples. I also utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS/Parts Work), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and more to support my clients.
