I know it can be frustrating to spend time trying to find the right therapist when you need to talk. I hope this information about me helps make that a little easier. I am a licensed clinical psychologist and also a career counselor, practicing both for 20+ years. I have a compassionate, direct, and down-to-earth style that helps clients both feel safe and make progress. I use an eclectic approach that is customized to the client and their goals. I have much experience with diverse populations and I understand the importance of considering gender, sexuality, lifestyle, culture, spirituality, and other aspects of identity. I’m not a therapist who just sits there and says, “uh huh” - I am active in the process. I am also a trained and experienced career counselor/career coach. I specialize in helping people figure out what they want to do. I also provide help on other career-related issues. I do career coaching for all ages and at all phases of life - adults, recent grads, career changers, teens, retirees, neurodiverse, and more.
