Evaluations are tailored to the individual patient with Home Exercise Programs, then Follow-Up visits as needed. I am currently licensed to treat patients who live in the states of South Carolina, Georgia, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania in the United States of America only. I can treat you for 3-4 weeks (depending on your home state) without a doctor’s order or prescription. I am only taking payment in a cash based format, and will not currently submit claims to your insurance. I can, however, provide a receipt for your own submission to insurance. Physical Therapy accessibility is faster because we do not have to follow insurance restrictions. My prices are reasonable and align with many copays and deductibles.
