Hi, I'm Becca! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor based in Alabama, and I’m passionate about supporting individuals as they move through life’s challenges and reconnect with who they truly are. I work to honor every identity, every story, and every journey toward living more fully and freely. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply wanting a safe and affirming place to land, I’m here to walk alongside you. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based care. In our work together, we can explore anxiety, depression, identity, relationships, life transitions, self-worth, or anything else on your heart. I hold a deep commitment to offering an affirming, loving space for LGBTQIA+ folks. I believe every person carries their own quiet strength, sometimes it just needs the right environment to grow.
