I have two practice locations: St. Paul Ramsey County public health and LynLake Psychotherapy and Wellness. At St Paul Ramsey County Public Health I offer a wide variety of sexual and reproductive health services. These include but are not limited to: PrEP, PEP, Birth Control, Emergency Contraceptive, IUD and Nexplanon insertions and removals, and HIV/STI testing. Additionally, we offer syringe exchange services and harm reduction approach to folx who use IV drugs or who have substance use disorder. In my LynLake practice I see patients via telehealth for anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Due to my extensive background in sexual and reproductive health, I specialize in providing services to LGBTQ patients, particularly transgender persons. I have a trauma informed approach and utilize shared decision making in my practice.
