Benjamin Levenson
I work with adults, adolescents, families, and couples. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or feeling “stuck,” I work to create a space to process and explore identity, relationships, and the emotional impact of life transitions. My style is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in psychodynamic therapy. This means we may look at how past experiences shape your present, including the ways you see yourself, connect with others, and navigate conflicts. We may also look at immediate stressors with a goal of identifying tools to manage the challenges of day to day life. I believe therapy begins with conversation. Having the space to put words to your experiences can open the door to new perspectives, self-understanding, and growth. Many people come to therapy because they feel stuck, whether in relationships, emotions, or patterns of thought, and I work with clients to discover fresh ways of expressing themselves.
