Our first 50-minute session is a collaborative intake focused entirely on your comfort and goals. Your Story & Goals: We will look at what brings you to therapy right now, your background, and what you hope to gain from our time together. Building Our Map: We will co-create a flexible roadmap for your growth, ensuring therapy moves at a pace that feels entirely supportive to you. I utilize Upheal to streamline our administrative workflow, allowing us to focus entirely on your healing and growth during our live video sessions. Location: 100% online telehealth across IL, MN, AK, ND, and MT. Investment: I operate as a private-pay / out-of-network provider to protect your privacy and treatment flexibility. Out-of-Network Reimbursement: To make care accessible, I can generate superbills which can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.
