Pivot Behavioral Health is a fully LGBTQIA+ affirming psychiatric practice serving clients across Oregon through in-person care (Portland, Eugene, Bend) and telehealth. We provide whole-person, collaborative mental health care for youth (8+), teens, and adults in a space grounded in safety, autonomy, and respect for lived experience. Our team has specialized training in LGBTQIA+ mental health, gender-affirming support, neurodivergent-affirming care, postpartum/perinatal mental health, trauma-informed care, and body-inclusive/HAES-aligned practice. We work closely with therapists, primary care, and gender-affirming providers to ensure clients are never navigating care alone. We diagnose and treat ADHD, AuDHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD/CPTSD, mood disorders, OCD, PMDD, sleep concerns, chronic illness burnout, and more — using a whole-person approach that goes far beyond medication management. When meds are part of care, they are tailored to the individual, supported with close follow-up, and grounded in informed choice.
