We offer empirically-based individual and group psychotherapy for children 6 and up, adults, and couples, cognitive and neuropsychological assessment for adults, and medication management for individuals 16+ years old to any one residing in Utah. We use a case formulation approach to working with all clients that emphasizes understanding presenting concerns and goals for treatment within the context of intersectional identities, personal beliefs and values, and life experiences. We take a collaborative approach to treatment planning, intervention implementation, and outcome monitoring that honors and validates clients' identities. Our fees for all kinds of psychotherapy start at $20/hr and for assessment start at $200/assessment. Our medication management services are pro bono, and first sessions for psychotherapy are also free.
