I am a Family Medicine Resident Physician in Little Rock, Arkansas. I work for the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine at UAMS. Our first encounter will be to establish care and part of that involves a thorough run through of your Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity (SOGI). This is medical documentation of your correct pronouns, organ inventory, etc. so that my team and I can properly care for you. My clinic also has behavioralists on staff that go through your social determinants of health with you and help provide resources and services to fit your needs.
