Britt Cameron
During your first visit with me, you can expect a welcoming, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where we begin by getting to know what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. We will talk about your experiences, relationships, and current stressors at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and I will ask questions to better understand you as a whole person. My approach is neurodiversity affirming, sex positive and trauma-informed, and I hold a Gender-Affirming Care Certification. I also work with polyamorous clients. My approach focuses mainly on emotional processing, getting to the core of challenges. I work extensively with Internal Family Systems. You can learn more about me at bcamerontherapy.com.
