Bruce Steinberg

My name is Bruce Steinberg, and I am a gay man and the owner of Blue Sky Counseling LLC. For more than 15 years, I have helped individuals and couples navigate addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my work with gay, lesbian, and other LGBTQ+ clients, helping people address issues such as identity development, self-esteem, family conflict, religious trauma, relationship concerns, substance use, and the unique challenges that can arise from living authentically in a world that is not always accepting. I believe that meaningful change is possible even during life's most difficult moments. Therapy works best when there is a genuine connection between counselor and client, so my goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can speak openly, feel understood, and develop practical strategies for creating the life and relationships you want.
