Being queer in a world that often misunderstands you can feel heavy and isolating. Many of my clients come in carrying anxiety, self-doubt, or the exhaustion of constantly navigating spaces that weren’t built with them in mind. Parents of queer teens and adults often come with their own mix of love, worry, and confusion—wanting to support their child but not always sure how. Together, we create a space where you don’t have to explain away your identity, minimize your pain, or pretend you’ve got it all figured out. My role is to walk alongside you as you sort through identity, relationships, family dynamics, and the day-to-day stressors of living authentically. I support queer teens in building confidence and connection, queer adults in deepening self-understanding and resilience, and parents in becoming steadier, more supportive allies to the ones they love. Clients describe me as warm, steady, and unflinching. You can expect me to be accepting and curious, but also honest and direct when you need clarity.
