Bryan Norman
Hello! Welcome to Numinous Counseling and Wellness. I have a private practice that serves New Mexico and Colorado where I see folks from all over these states via telehealth. My main focus is working with trauma survivors with particular expertise in religious trauma, relational trauma, and the trauma of living in and interacting with oppressive systems. Modalities such as internal family systems, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Buddhist psychology, psychodynamics, and DBT guide my practice. Beyond specific modalities, I deeply believe that the therapeutic relationship itself is the foundation of healing. I strive to create a space that is healthy, boundaried, safe, and connected—a sanctuary where you can examine yourself with compassion rather than loathing. Together, we'll work toward seeing yourself and others more clearly, enabling you to make healthy choices that align with your authentic self and values.
