With modern techniques, and outside of the box thinking, I shape my approach to your specific needs. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, life stress, or years of trauma, my first goal with clients is to establish trust and safety in our counseling relationship. I strive to be an LGBTQIA+ ally in my practice and celebrate clients' identities and diversity. I am a LPC-MHSP with 6 years of experience helping clients on the path through mental health challenges. I am trained in EMDR, mindfulness meditation, and person-centered therapy. My office is designed to help you feel safe and at ease. I use comfortable seating, earth tones, essential oils, and soft lighting to create a warm and welcoming space.
