My name is California Estrada and I’m excited to be here as you begin exploring more about yourself. Whether you’re here to heal childhood trauma, navigate current situational concerns, or simply explore more about yourself, I provide a non-judgmental and supportive space for you. Through our therapeutic process, let’s work together to address any possible generational, maladaptive, or self sabotaging patterns. I am passionate about helping you learn more about yourself as we meet weekly or bi-weekly. I want to help you understand your world because at the end of the day, these are your experiences and they are unique to you. It’s important to me that our work is collaborative and we create goals that best meet your needs. I’m here to work with you, not let you feel alone. I take pride in creating a safe place for my clients during their most vulnerable moments. I understand that sometimes self healing and exploration isn’t easy, so I want to ensure that you feel as safe and supported as possible. I want my clients to remember that they are much more resilient than they realize and we will work together to build on that as we move forward.
