Cara Link

Cara is a Licensed Social Worker and currently working toward obtaining their LCSW. Cara graduated with her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work from Shippensburg University. Cara has several years of experience in different areas of the mental health field. Cara worked as a therapist at a psychiatric residential treatment facility where she helped teenagers and their families process trauma and learn how to create a life worth living. Cara has experience using EMDR, TFCBT, DBT, and CBT. They are currently in the process of finishing their training in EMDR and TFCBT. Cara works with kids, teens, adults, families, and couples. As an outpatient therapist, Cara believes therapy is a safe place to express oneself and grow as a person. Clients are encouraged to be their authentic self without the fear of being judged.
