Carissa Dudzinski
My practice is a place where you can come exactly as you are without judgment and without feeling like you have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. During your first visit, we’ll spend some time getting to know you, talking about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and what you feel you need right now. We’ll work together to create goals that actually fit your life not just check boxes on a treatment plan. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can be honest, feel heard, and learn practical tools to navigate the things life throws at you. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized, whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, trauma, parenting, grief, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what comes next. You don’t have to wait until things get really bad to ask for help. Sometimes therapy is simply about having someone in your corner while you figure out what you want your life to look like and how to get there. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, understood, and with something you can actually take with you into your everyday life.
