Carissa Martin

Hello and welcome to my profile! I'm a mental health therapist working out of a nonprofit in Lansing, Michigan. While I mainly focus on working with queer and trans folks, I also work with AuDHD folks, chronically ill folks, and people who have borderline personality disorder. I offer DBT-informed treatment in the form of skills training, along with experience in gender-affirming care and letter writing. I am also eclectic and will use whatever approach works for you! I am a leftist and believe in liberation for all marginalized folks and try my best to approach things with an intersectional lens. You are ultimately the expert in your own story and I am here as a support to help you achieve your goals!
