I am a chronically ill clinician that works with chronically ill and neurodivergent clients. I primarily work with clients who have experienced traumas. That may be medical, in family of origin, or at work. Their symptoms may be physical symptoms as well as emotional ones. I use somatic methods to help you reconnect with your body and find strategies to name and address the harms and traumas.
