Carolyn Meiman

Hi, I’m Carolyn, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana. For more than ten years I have helped children, families, and individuals work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, hoarding, and everyday stress. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where healing can begin. I began my career working with children and families, which built my understanding of how relationships and environment shape emotional health. Over time, I developed a focus on OCD and hoarding treatment, drawn to the meaningful progress clients can make that transforms both their spaces and their sense of self. My approach is person centered and collaborative, helping clients feel understood and empowered. What I love most about this work is seeing people recognize their worth and create lasting change. Therapy can be challenging, but it is also deeply rewarding. I believe growth happens when we are willing to face discomfort and take steps toward the life we want.
