I provide psychotherapy for individuals wishing to explore the origins of trauma and distress in their lives along with ways to shift out of those states and cope. I provide letters for gender affirming care for clients in my care when they need it. I work with adolescents 18 and older, college students, and adults of all ages. I am especially interested in working with college students adjusting to college life, neurodivegent individuals, individuals with relationship issues, adults struggling with parenting, adult adjusting to middle life, individuals seeking gender affirming care, and women struggling with pregnancy and postnatal issues. I’m a pro-choice LGBTQIA+ friendly, anti-racist, and body neutral therapist and I work to create a space for compassion for marginalized individuals
