Celeste Endlich
I view therapy as a creative and collaborative process and intend to bring curiosity, authenticity, humor and warmth to the space. Together we can explore the experiences, contexts, and aspects of your identity that make up who you are and influence how you move through the world. We can learn approaches to assist you to self soothe, communicate more effectively in your relationships, and identify emotions and process experiences. I enjoy supporting clients in cultivating a deeper sense of self-trust and self-compassion. I will individualize the therapeutic process to meet your unique needs and goals and together we can draw upon a variety of treatment approaches. I have training in EMDR and IFS parts work, and often utilize mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and DBT approaches to support the work. I provide Telehealth therapy to clients in the state of Oregon.
